When will you ship my items?

- All items are subject to a processing & handling period before they are dispatched.

- All our Lockets, Bracelets, TShirts and Leggings, Wall Arts are made on demand (meaning we make them as our orders come in)

- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

 

When will I receive my item(s)?

For In-stock items:

On average, 1-3 Business Days for processing if items are in stock in our US warehouse;

Delivery takes 3-7 Days within US depends on location, so 4-10 days expected delivery from time of ordering.

and 10-18 days on average for international orders.

 

For back-order items: If we happen to run out of any item we would notify you.

It may take 10-14 Business Days for processing a backorder item, so please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.

 

How does the free shipping work?

Free shipping is on select items only. FREE Promotional items do not qualify for free shipping. Please allow 3-5 weeks for free items to arrive.

 

Where are my items shipped from?

Although our main offices are located in United States, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China.

 

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

 

Why don't I see my tracking info?

It's common for NO tracking information to show until your package has been scanned in by the US carriers. It might remain "blank" for up to a week after you receive your tracking link.
